Welcome to DJEN, the metal breakdown generator. These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the DJEN webapp and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The music and files generated by the DJEN webapp are royalty-free and may be used for any personal or commercial purpose without the need for attribution or payment to DJEN or its licensors.

DJEN specifically disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall DJEN or its licensors be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the Service or the Content.

DJEN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice to you. DJEN shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.

DJEN may terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy all copies of the Content in your possession.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall be conducted in Glasgow, Scotland, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
